These tighty whities look great with all my awesome dorky graphic t-shirts and feel great when I wear shorts! They feel great down to the hoops and the front fly and are comfortable to lounge in or to sleep in! Sometimes, I'll stand there for a few minutes feeling up the material on my undies getting that sensation of comfort in my fingertips and on my butt! My recommend that one goes down a size (ex: boxers may fit fine on medium, but briefs fit better as small)

Want to give 5 stars. Ordered an M for my husband and an S for my son. Gap made a big mistake; they sent an S package containing all size M items. The quality has downgraded; before, it was organic cotton. I am disappointed to have received the wrong size, as I got a great deal. I have returned it.

These briefs are comfortable, sturdy and of exceptional quality. I have tried lots of other briefs from other companies, but these are the best by far. I bought 6 about a year ago, and just bought another pack because they are so good. If you're looking for well-made, 100% cotton basic briefs that are comfortable to wear, you won't be disappointed with this purchase.

I'm a briefs guy and have tried out dozens of brands of men's cotton, polyester, viscose and modal types of briefs in low-rise, mid-rise and full-rise briefs while trying to find the perfect brief. We're all built and shaped a little differently so trying to find a brief with correct sizing that fits everyone is virtually impossible. A medium in one brand is more like a small in another brand. I'm unfortunately between a size medium or large in most brands of briefs and unfortunately, very few brands actually offer specific sizes like 34", or 35" size briefs. With these briefs, the size large fits me perfectly since it fits waists 35"-37" instead of 36-39" like some other brands. But luckily I decided to try the Gap brand mens basic brief. They are made with sturdy, soft cotton with enough stretch to keep things in place without feeling smothered or too constricted. I like the wider waistband which is comfy and firm but doesn't pinch and the rise is perfect for my build. Not full-rise, but more like a mid-rise. Overall, I'm a big fan of the Gap Basic Brief and my top drawer now holds many of these briefs and whenever they go on sale I buy some more. Keep up the great work Gap. I only wish you offered these in a larger variety of colors!
