Great Joggers for Spring/Fall
I purchased these as a school pant for my preschooler who must wear navy bottoms as part of his uniform. For that purpose, they work well. They are durable, comfortable, and I love that they have a drawstring because otherwise, these wouldn't have worked for us. Here's why: they are definitely made ...for a slimmer child, where mine is husky. Therefore, I had to purchase a size 8, which is slightly large on him, but fit well with use of the drawstring, whereas the 6/7 (his usual size), was too small. Heads up: these are on the thinner side, suited more for spring/fall.

Ridiculously small
Not sure how Gap made their size chart but it's ridiculously inaccurate. I ordered size XXL (14-16) regular for my son who just turned 11!!! and these pants are short and tight. And my son is not even the tallest boy in class, medium built and height. If they think that's how 14-16 year olds should ...look like, they are very mistaken. Btw, I have no problems ordering same size from old navy. I gave 3 starts because the quality is not bad. But please, work on your size control. Bad customer experience for me..who has time to return items.
Finally a pant that's true to my sons size not to big in the waist and long enough legs m

#SWEEPSTAKES They're nice pants, but the sizing on this particular iteration is off. My son has been wearing this style since he was 2 and we really like the style because it's a little baggy but not enormous, and the elasticated cuff at the leg opening prevents the pants from slipping over his heels and becoming a slipping hazard. Toddler/preschooler problems. We switched from a 5T to an XS based on the size chart and the waist was the same, but they were two inches shorter, so I exchanged them for a S, and now the waist is too big. I kept them hoping he will grow into them, so fingers crossed on that. I guess just beware when switching from toddler sizing to "big kid" sizing.

True to size, relaxed fit for my 9 year old. Light comfortable pants that hold up well to kids that like to play outside a lot.
